The DeWalt XR 20-volt Max 1/2-inch drive impact wrench for $249.00 is on the top of the list for gear heads. I’ve tested and reviewed this model and it is a solid performer. It might not have the hulk-ish power of some others, but it’s got the grunt to tackle pretty much anything that’ll roll through your garage.

Yes. I did say Lincoln Electric is running some BOGO deals, too. Right now, it’s tossing in a free set of welding gloves with the Lincoln Electric WELD-PAK 120-volt 120-amp flux-core welder that’s selling for $289.00 and the Lincoln Electric WELD-PAK 120-Volt 120-Amp MIG and flux-core welder for $399.00. I’d personally lean toward the latter if I needed a new welder, but flux-core machines do just fine for most home-shop projects.
