The lighting situation in my garage has been the main thing holding it back. While nobody appreciates the luxuries of having a roof and a concrete slab to work with than I do, the lack of adequate lighting has been the bane of many projects I’ve taken on since moving in. I bought the Sunco Lighting Linkable LED Utility Shop Light 8-Pack for $69.99. These are simple LED light fixtures you can daisy chain together with the 2-prong plug that also taps into any regular outlet for power. They’re insanely easy to install. Hooking them up to a receptacle attached to my light switch made for a quick and highly rewarding project I’m pretty stoked about. Of course, a full review is likely to come in time, but they’re definitely worth checking out if you need better lighting for working on, detailing, or just looking at your cars in your garage.
These aren’t the only shop lights on sale right now, though. You can also snag the Barrina LED T5 Shop Light 12-Pack for $79.99 with the coupon. While these aren’t the lights I have in my shop, I kind of wish they were. Not because I’m dissatisfied with the Sunco’s, I just will be adding a few more fixtures to my shop for better coverage.
