Earlier this month, The Drive brought the inimitable Alex Roy on staff as Writer at Large, transcontinental enduro specialist, and in-house sadomasochist. He immediately set about breaking a slew of cross-country world records. Naturally, we sent along a film crew, as well as our newest writer, Zach Bowman, to document the madness and share in Roy’s pain. In the third and final installment of The Drive’s enduro documentary series, we join Roy and Bowman as they battle law enforcement, a leaking transmission, and bone-rattling stretches of the midwest in the least safe vehicle they’ve ever driven, a Morgan 3 Wheeler.
